hey all!!

Just having an awful day! Not usual for me. I don't know what triggered it. Ive done what normally helps and went to the park for vigorous exercise and took my meds. No luck!

Feeling off!

What do you do on days like this?

Hello, Fitgirl. I'm sorry you've had - or are still having - a rough day.

My first suggestion would be the following:

You tried that and it didn't help.

Days like this are rare for you, but is there any type of pattern to them? Can you discern a less-than-obvious trigger - psychological or physical?

Sorry to hear you're having an off day.

When I have those, I try to distract myself until bed time. Reading, watching tv/movies, friends, video games...I usually find that I feel better after getting some sleep.

I agree that sometimes the best thing we can do when we feel bad is to distract ourselves. I call TV my babysitter for my mind.
I hope you feel better tomorrow.
Cheers
