I want to spend all day in bed, crying like I did yesterday. I'm tired of pain and yet I've fallen in love with it. It's like Stockholm syndrome. Depression kidnapped me, beat me, mistreated me, but I eventually fell for it. I let it be my protector, my lover, and my friend. I let it lead the way, trusting it fully. I know it may be evil but I try to see it now as a helper. The nightmare that won't go away but in the end... I know I don't want her to.

I'm sorry. It sounds like you really are in the grips of depression. I wish there is something I could say to make you feel better. But please know you aren't alone. It's so tempting to get pulled in and not want to do anything about it.

Fight it Hun. Maybe you can talk to someone? I know you won't agree or understand this now, but it will get better. And when you come out of this. You'll be able to look back and be proud. Hang in there hun

Hold on , I understand what it is. You can help some new hobby, which takes you a lot of time . I for example was arranged a volunteer in dog shelters and homes for the elderly. I helped this practice, many people supported me there. In such places you feel that you are not alone in pain, and these good things change you for the better.

Hello again Poppy Princess. I'm sorry you are feeling so badly. I like the way you expressed yourself but I'm sad that the message was so sad.
Did you get medication? If you did it may be necessary to get it readjusted. Sometimes it takes a long time to get the right mix and also they may need further adjustment throughout as the body changes.
I hope you are able to get some relief.

I may have to readjust my meds. I was hoping to feel better today. No such luck.
