anybody else here worry all the time. I seem to like freak out over tiny thing. Sometimes making myself sick over little things that to most people don't mean a thing.

I know that by doing this i'm just making myself worse. Sometimes it even prevents me from sleeping. (like it is right now)

Yes I worry. Some times more than others. If I'm stressed I worry more. I have always been prone to worrying.
Am trying not to, but it's hard sometimes. I have had to learnt to take deep breaths now and then to try to relax more.
But I know how you feel.

I worry incessantly about stuff some people wouldn't even think about. I'm sorry that this worrying is robbing you of your needed sleep.

Have you thought about journalling or writing down everything you know thats bothering you before you go to sleep? Sometimes that can help, just to put it on paper and say to yourself that you will worry about it in the morning. Or trying to reassure yourself that you have nothing to worry about, or that what you are worrying about is irrational and saying that to yourself until you no longer worry about that particular thing.

Hope that one of those things help, or that the worries go away on their own.

Take care of yourself okay?

You should try some yoga or Pilates to help you with your worries. It will help you to really relax. Hope your worries go away soon!
