Our minds can make our bodies hurt and our hearts. We don't want to hurt, we don't want to complain, we want to be "normal", we want to be understood.
I have a severe social phobia and generalized anxiety disorder and I'm an extreme introvert. I'm scared of something nearly all the time. So my muscles are tense, the adrenalin is pumping and I start choking and getting upper back pain. My mental health team & I are working on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. They gave me a relaxation CD that really helps. I know that this isn't a good attitude, but I really don't think that I'm going to ever get "better". I think that being better able to cope with my feelings is the most I can hope for. ![]() |

Action of the music analogy with the effect of meditation, which gradually cleanse your mind of what you are not from fear, rigorous concepts, confusion, gravity, stress, guilt, anger, anxiety. And when you lose something you're not, naturally manifest the true qualities of your mind is fearlessness, joy, wisdom, and compassion. Keep it up! I believe that you all will be good!
