Dear friends! Recently found online on one very interesting practices that help to overcome depression. And I can say that these are not empty words and the video was really encouraged and inspired life. I was depressed for about 4 years now and have had suicidal thoughts, but after watching the video, something in my mind has changed. Must see! I advise you, maybe everyone will find something useful!
