So what do they tell you?

And how do you feel on a day to day basis?

I hate it when people blow off feelings like you describe as simply teenage angst to be ignored. That's not right. Maybe you are depressed, maybe you aren't. That's beside the issue in my opinion. You're struggling and you need help. Are they giving you any help?

So, you have a psychologist and a social worker. Do they offer a different diagnosis? Clearly you are struggling, what is it they think you are struggling with? Checking your profile, I see that you are a survivor of abuse. I truly hope you get the support and help that you need.

Why do you feel? There is no understanding from the people you love? You can send me a personal message that you care about, maybe I can help you.

Get a second opinion, psychologist are suppose to understand the mind or something. Maybe you aren't depressed, would that be a bad thing after all? What is your goal OP?

Anyone you can confide with? Having someone to talk to could be a great relief.

If you are 16, in high school right? If the psych and soc worker say, no to depression you may not qualify for a counseling wait list they have. I can see your frustration! At the least they could suggest brief counseling somewhere maybe outside school resources, in the community? Try to ask them.Tell them you appreciate what they're doing, but could they find someone you can talk to.
Also the suggestion to talk to an empathic person is good. It is VERY HARD to advocate for yourself, but I know from past experience can be very worth it. Maybe someone older who might understand, or a sibling or friend of another? Good Luck.
