I start going to a T fool time tomorrow. I've never gone before and i'm kind of nervous, any advice on how to relax ?

I just got back, and i'm half to say i'm feeling rather raw about everything. I don't know, they're saying they're going to give me medication to help ease the depression, but i don't know right now it just felt like everything was just thrown out in the open. So like i said, just feeling raw.
