I find this frustrating. I want to write but every time I try, I just start crying. It's painful just to type letters. I don't understand anymore. Why am I so sad? What's wrong with me? Why can't I just do things like a normal human being.

I'm not sure I know what a "normal" human being is, but I'd sure like to be a more functional human being.
You've written a few lines. Cry. Write a few more words if you want and are able. This space is yours.

Sorry, I meant stories. I write stories a lot. It's one of my very few pleasures. Now I only cry when I try to write.

I see a therapist once every two weeks.
I just don't like myself. I'm not sure why. I'm always angry and sad deep down. I can't seem to control it. |

Are you antidepressants. If you are maybe they are not the right ones for you. I had felt like you for soooo long, but I worked through it, and you will too. I know it doesnt seem like that now but it can get better.

I am so sorry that you are having such a terrible time of it. I hope things turn around for you soon. Don't think that things will always be like this because they won't. Try pushing yourself out of your comfort zone, like going for a walk. I know that you might not feel like it but sometimes you just have to push yourself into a different mind fame because you can get comfortable in your misery. That's what my psychologist said to me and I think that she had a point! Just a thought. Best Wishes to you Poppy.

I don't know about crying while trying to write but for me I can't write anything because I'm too depressed and I just get frustrated. I wish I could be a normal human being too... it sucks, it really does. I'm sorry for you.
