I have done something stupid things that I should not have done. Now I am really regretting it. I feel that I should be punished for it. The only way I feel I can forgive myself is by punishing myself, which I usually do by hurting myself somehow.
What should I do? Please help me before I do something else stupid that would hurt me. Last edited by Wren_; Sep 27, 2013 at 07:38 AM. Reason: added trigger icon for thread |

I'm sorry, are you depressed? I'm confused.

I am going to ask this to you SERIOUSLY.... who hasn't done stupid things. Honestly - I have done so many stupid, embarassing things in my life.....
I hope you find a better way than to beat yourself up. |

Beating yourself up for the mistakes you made is just another mistake I think. You don't deserve that. Whatever you've done is in the past. No matter how bad it is don't let it create more problems now. Leave it in the past where it belongs. I hope you can heal and forgive yourself. Also, if you are comfortable, would you like to tell us what happened? It might help you to share. - A |
