They may be upset at first. But ultimately - no thinking person could be upset with another person CARING about them.
Keep up the good wok Hallibeth87. |

A friend of mine told my guidance counselor... I was more mad at the guidance counselor calling my parents because he had told me he wouldn't than at my friend. I knew I needed help so I think my friend (and you) did the right thing.

A friend of mine told my twin brother. I got so upset I said many regretful things to that friend and haven't talked to her in about three months. It's something I of course appreciated and of course needed, but it was just so easy to lash out. Emotion was so hard to come by at the time in the first place I just latched on the anger and made the most of it. I think I'm going to call my friend, I need to apologize.

One quick thing to help the mind, take the person on a walk, no matter what. They may say no, but say it in the tone of voice that says, I mean it!! It will help them but worth the time and effort!!!

I have done something like this. One of my friends drank a lot of bleach and I was the first one she told. I panicked and ended up telling someone in the school office, she wasn't mad at me only scared. Then she ended up doing the same thing for one if her Friends to help them out too.
