Feels like I'm just trapped in a deep, dark pit. My chest feels like its being clawed apart on the inside. I can't shake this feeling today, its just so bad, I can't stop crying. I should be happy though, so many wonderful and exciting things going on in my life, but I'm just stuck. I have nowhere else to turn, so I came here to sob everywhere, sorry.

I know it doesn't feel like it but these feelings will pass. That's what I keep telling myself.

Sorry to hear that you are feeling down right now! Do you have anyone you can talk to even if just to get those feelings off of your chest? Hope you are able to find some solace soon! Sending you warm thoughts and big hugs!

What a perfect description of depression, except I can't cry, because if I cried I would get it worse. Hang on.

I hope that this weight lifts off of you soon... Depression can be so tricky, even when things are going right and you feel like you should be happy, it just comes and zaps it all up. Try writing a list of all the things that are good and exciting that are going on in your life. That way you could read through each one and think about it.. might bring a bit of bright spot for you. Also, keep the list for future bouts of depression.. and keep adding to it!
Thanks for this!
