I'm having a terrible time concentrating lately. I have so much that needs done, but instead I opt to mess around, lie in bed, etc. It's making me so angry with myself, and that makes me feel guilty about everything which leads to crying and snappy moods. I feel like a mess, any tips to get me back on track?

The first thing I do to make sure I get going is make up the bed as soon as I get out of it. Oh, and I set the alarm and don't allow myself to his the snooze button. There is something about a made bed that keeps me from messing it up. Then I take a shower and get dressed. After that I can usually get on with my day.

Hope you find what works for you.

so it sounds like you are putting off what needs to be done and then you feel really bad about yourself. perhaps if you think about how good you would feel if you accomplished these tasks, I mean really focused on those good feelings, that would motivate you to get the work done. that desire to feel good about yourself instead of feeling down on yourself all the time. take care.
