I feel that I am dying inside. Have been chewing my nails until they bleed and feel that I am falling... falling so much that I may never be able to get up again. Scared and alone. Feel I can't go on... Don't know how to get out. So very lost right now. Need help but don't know where to get it from...

not being too gentle - ripping at myself - or at least that's what I feel like i'm doing. just feel like crying and rolling up into a ball... this will never end...
