The,one sister i felt i had some common ground, some normalcy with betrayed me. She took me without telling me to a therapist saying that it will benefit me for the future. She sat in the room with us as well. Man. I am so mad at her. How dare she take me how dare she say certain things. she doesnt even know that i am,depressed, si and all..... I want to end my life and she talks bout the future.
When i was sitting at the therapist it was aomewhat liberating i knew i can say some stuff wtvr i wanted cuz i aint ever gonna go back to this therapist. But now i just wanna, end it all even more.

I'm so sorry to hear that She never should have done that without your permission. I am sure she was just trying to help you but that doesn't make it any easier.

Take some time to look after you and do what you need to do to start to relax again. I know it feels terrible now but those feelings will settle again in time

I can understand your anger.
But I think your sister does know something is wrong, thats why she took you to a T.
It's her way to try to help you. You have admitted you have some problems, is it so bad to go and get help from a T?
It seems your sister cares a lot about you and wants to help. You said talking to the T was liberating, thats good. Be kind to yourself.
Thinking of you.

I know i need help. I just dont want it yet, if i get it now it means i havta move on in life and i dont want to. She saw herself in me, she wanted a therapist so she sent me now. Selfish.

I completely understand and offer you the biggest of hugs. I don't like stuff like that and I'm angry for you. I do think your sister had good intentions, but I do not feel that her behavior was fair. She was uncomfortable with the way your life is going. To me, that sounds like her problem, not yours. Probably not the best opinion, but i've had enough betrayal to know exactly how you feel and enough to know that change is not effective until the person who has to experience it is ready to.
