ive started on citalopram and i cant sleep,im also stopping drinking witch helped me to sleep has anyone any advise for me ?

Things that help me are putting on music or reading to get my eyes really tired. Otherwise I am not sure :-/ Maybe ask you pdoc next time you see him that ou need something to help you sleep.

yeah im due to go back in a couple of weeks so if it doesnt improve ill ask him thanks

Try walking in the evening time like after you eat. That should help you to tire your body out and it should help you sleep. Other than that I would just ask your doctor about it.
