I used to hate exercise and by the end of my last Manic episode I was so big my back was giving in and I could hardly walk 200 yards.

Now, it's my goto !

I started off just taking short walks with my ipod on and now I train 5 mornings a week, each morning is different, circuit training, Boxfit, weight training, Body resistance ( my least favourite )

If I can't go I am a nightmare all day, have no motivation, but when I go I come home full of beans and in the best mood ever.

At the weekend I love to swim to help ease my aching muscles, I go early in the morning, even thou I am actually terrified of drowning I just love being in the water.
