i was given this link yesterday, to a blog by a PTSD recovery specialist ... it is just full of good skills for coping with the effects of trauma, no matter what the cause. i suffered from depression (actually bipolar with hypomanic), for decades. this site lists in an easy to understand and use format, the skills i finally acquired for overcoming most of my symptoms... i'm hoping that this will help me to finish the work i'm doing on my way to a full and complete recovery~!

i hope you will check out the site and practice any of the skills that resonate with you~
