I just don't want to do anything, and snowy weather doesn't help even if it melts by noon. I should exercise, but I just don't want too. I had a not so good lesson, because of my wrist (torn tendon). I get the cast off on monday, I should be excited, but I'm not. I've had some sui thoughts lately, first time in a few months. I should just go workout but I also have a lot to do, but I don't want to do anything. I should call my T but I just don't want to. I also miss working at my job, which adds to my stress level.

Hello puzzclar, I don't know about you but I always find the winter harder than other seasons. I hope you can try to reward yourself for any tasks you manage to do. I think it's important to try even if we feel we can't... Hugs

I just don't want to do the work that I need to get done. At the same time, I can't have what I want. I keep having memories come flooding in. I know the warning signs, I should call T, or another friend but what else can they do. They can't stop the memories or my thoughts. Talking doesn't help. What else can be done??

I think when things are that heavy, distractions to take your mind off those memories may help. I do know it sucks. I used to play a lot of patience with cards, or scrabble on my own just to try and give the brain a break. Hugs
