I just feel so drained today. My mind is going in all sorts of directions and I just don't know how to get it to stop. I only slept for maybe an hour last night so I'm very tired today. feeling no energy

Movies help you focus on the movie... stop yer mind from going stir crazy. Music that you can sing to also helps.
Doing puzzles - although, I get worked up on that too sometimes. Journaling. Exercising?

If I get a lot of energy... usually I try tiring myself up by doing physical activities.

Pamelasu.......

Sounds like you found one way to enjoy yourself! And if I know the young ones on the computer...they can tire one out, if she gets silly, maybe it will tire you out, but in a positive way!

Depression can sap one's energy major league & then your threshole is very low for negative feelings. Start making lists as you discover things that make you happy...That pre-occupy your mind in a positive way...works for me anyhow!

When I need to do nothing but feel my mind occupied I watch cartoons...they make me smile and are silly enough so I don'
t have to concentrate.
