How are your job performances? It's the only thing that keeps me functioning and sociable. But I just come home and sleep. Are any of you able to break the kind of cycle? I know I need exercise.

I work outside all day and can't wait to come home, take shower, and get into bed.

I'm exhausted after work too, but I still have to come home and be dad...I find just taking them outside or going on a walk helps me get some more energy! Best of luck!!

Work used to be a fun escape for me. But now my job is just so unbearable because of the way my boss treats me and all the stuff I have to put up with there. It just adds to the stress and depression I already feel.

Have any of you had your work suffer or taken a leave? I'm curious because I'm so bad with free time. Work, while exhausting and anxiety inducing, makes me leave the apartment. I'm not exactly straining myself, just underlying depression always tugging at me. Not to mention that I have zero goals, career or otherwise.

Work is a double edged sword for me. I'd be lost without having something to do everyday, yet it is a struggle to go into a job you despise everyday
