I feel like every one expects me to be better. So I make these pledges. But I don't wanna keep to them. Everyone will be disappointed in me if I break it. Ultra not fair I want to but I can't. I have no choices well I do but if I make my decision everyone will be so disappointed and I can't lie. I hate it. And won't do any good

Many people expect that after medication has been taken that your instantly better.... This is far to common... Or instead of medications that by talking things out it will help, after one session....
I'm like you... you are not alone. But standing up for yourself is a good thing, but hard to do, but worth it in the end. |

Don't make anymore pledges. It just stresses you out and you can only do what you can do. The best thing is to educate those around you, if the are willing to read about your issue. Then they know what to expect.

Hey Angel....
I can not speak for everyone..... But I do not expect any promises nor do I want to add that pressure to your world. HUGS to you. And I hope you find a sliver of peace today and a glimmer of hope in your soul. |
