for the last few days my mood has been going down down down, im at the point now that i just want to have the ground open up and swollow me up,
the future looks so grey and worthless, nothing seems to be getting any better .
for those of you that dont know our story , that bit of ranting would of ment nothing. --- here's the short virsion----- we lost our house due to not being able to afford our morgage (after i was off work on the sick) the local council wouldnt help us in any way, so we went in to b+b with our son (15) , we had to split the rest of the family up, youngest daughter (13) is staying with friends. youngest step daughter (19) is staying with friends, and my other step daughter (22) (with adhd) is staying in a hostel .
thats my story in brief..
i am just finding this week hard to cope with every time we think something is going ok something allways gets in the way and ruins any plans or hopes we had..
GGGGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Hello I am sorry to hear that you are having a bad time right now.. I hope things get better soon.. I hope you will call your Dr and tell them how you are feeling and that you need an emergency appointment, to see if the Dr can change your medication so that you will feel better. I am also going to leave you a crisis hotline number 1-800-273-TALK. if you need to call someone to talk to in operson. Take care Soidhonia

Hello there is a crisis hotline number for the UK. 08457-90-90-90 for the samaritans. If you need them you may call in a depression situation. I hope things get better for you soon. Take care Soidhonia
