Once again I'm depressed, story of my life! I am bipolar but mainly suffer from the depression so I figured this time I would post in this section, hope you all don't mind.
I feel so much pain inside and feel so helpless to do anything about it. I just want all this hurting to stop, I just can't take it. I have been going to a support group but it's not really helping. I just don't know what to do. I'm so helpless in this. Please someone just make this go away, please talk to me and let me know I'm not alone. Just want to know that someone does care. Hello Bipolar 1, I am so sorry that you are feeling so bad. I can feel your pain through your words. I do know how you feel, and how it feels to be so consumed by emotion that you cannot see anything positive, present or future. I am sorry that I cannot take the pain away but I do want to reassure you that you are not alone, there are so many caring people on PC, that do want to help you come out the other side.

Thanks for the reply, this pain is absolutely horrible. I don't know what to do. I don't feel like anyone cares about me although I'm sure people do care. Why does this have to happen and be so often? I just don't understand.
