My depression has gotten worse for me. Like, every second is painful. A constant knife in my side. I hate it. I can hardly breath. I tried writing, drawing, movies, walking, and exercising. Nothing's helping me. I want out.

Poppy, I'm sorry you're in so much pain. I am in the exact same boat, and it sucks big time. Keep hangin' in there and hope for a better day.

Weak Suggestion: If the usual methods aren't working to relive depression, try employing anti-anxiety techniques. The basic idea is that methods of managing one flavor of mental illness may work for other flavors.

Hi Poppy...

Sorry to hear you feel at your worst. I have seen myself there where all I see is the dark tunnel. Let me tell you I told myself that I couldn't do it alone and started from there.

I am going on my second year of therapy sessions and regular meds and yes there are times I have hit a plateau but with the help of my docs I have found the right meds and dosage for me. I have been good the past month.

Last year was terrible for me...but looking forward to a better year! I started by giving myself a new look and feel good about myself. I believe this is a big plus on making ourselves feel better despite gender.

I hope you see the light shining! Just know that you are not alone!

Dee

My last happy memory is making a short film with friends. It never panned out. I don't have no one to really make a film with anymore.
