What do you mean you've lost friends forever? It may be that they do not know how to help or respond to you right now, but still care about you. If I were Amanda, I would appreciate. Your concern. And compassion. If she does go back to prison, you can write your congressman, start a petition. On her behalf, but let's not worry about that unless it happens. Also, I do encourage you
to.reach out by calling a crisis line, 911 or going to the nearest emergency room. Stay safe. You.are irreplaceable. May angels surround you.

No, they straight up told me to go **** myself, all because I support Amanda. So they're gone forever.

No amount of petitions or writing congressmen can get her released.

Italy, the country that found scientists guilty of manslaughter for not predicting a earth quake. Italy, the country where you can be tried for just about any thing and even over and over again until they get the guilty plea. lol. As long as Amanda stays in the US she will be ok. I doubt our gov would send her back because over here you can't be tried twice for the same crime.

The US WILL send her back other there. I guarantee it. Obama will do anything to appease the right-wing Congress. And there are few things they hate more than a young female "*****".

And what if it does? There have been so many "that's never going to happen" moments that did end up happening in this case. They said she'd never be found guilty in the first place. She was. They said they'd never put her on trial again after her release. They did. They said she wouldn't be found guilty this time. She was. So why should we expect anything different this time?

If you're not going to accept that she may not go to prison and you truly think that there's no other way then why bother with it? If you can change it, do it then don't worry. If you cant, then don't worry. It sucks and we all feel for her but I highly doubt she's going to be exported over there. Please contact your T if you have one and talk to her or another professional if this upsets you that much

You are assuming the worst. She is back here in the USA. Maybe just wait and see. A lot of times the media exagerates things. Do not lose hope so quickly. Have patience to wait things out. All is not lost.

It is not set in stone.

"Legal observers say Italy is unlikely to request Knox's extradition from the US until and unless the convictions are made final by the court of cassation, a process that could take more than a year."

link: [x]

And even then, such an extradition is unlikely to occur as per what healingme4me mentioned.

I know this may seem difficult to appreciate, but this is a challenge for Knox and her family to deal with... as most have life challenges to greater or lesser degree. If you're of faith, pray for her.. if not, well hope that those supporting her can do so to the best of their ability (and I'm sure they are of a calibre that is sufficient to the task).

As for your own feelings, then as mentioned, call a hotline or speak to your doctor with regards to help, be it in the form of therapy or medication.

Stay strong

OK, so they won't send her back to prison for a year. She's still going back, it may just take a while. But I know it will happen. All it takes is on Rush Limbaugh or Rick Santorum or Nancy Grace calling her a *****, and then Obama will kiss their *** and personally take her to Italy.

And then what will she have to live for? 28 ****ING YEARS in prison? And she can't call a hotline in prison, so why should I?

The problem with that is then we would have to free everyone in prison today, a lot of those people really need to be in prison.

Sorry about Amanda Knox. Why are you so personally passionate? There are many other women in the world who are wrongly imprisoned. They could use your passion and energy.

Since you are so intense about Amanda Knox, I don't feel that I need to bother being concerned about her - you have that taken care of.

Don't bother with suicide. That won't accomplish anything.

Badmouse: If you read my first post in this thread, you'd understand why I'm so passionate about her.

I can understand your compassion for the woman, but I cannot say I understand why you'd want to commit suicide over her imprisonment. Unless you know her personally, what goes on in her life has no actual impact on yours, because there's no connection between the 2 lives, she's a stranger you read about and saw on the news.

Your thread reminds me of fans who get lost in the reported lives of celebs and leads to unhealthy fixations with them.

I hardly do this but I urgently suggest you speak to a T if you can, because wanting to commit suicide over a complete stranger is very troubling and IMO seeking help is the best action.
