I don't have the strength to get up. There is so much that needs to be done.

Any help? Good ideas welcomed.

One little job, then a reward, one little job, then a reward... you get the idea. Once you start, it gets the ball rolling, you'll be proud of yourself if you can make that start...

I feel that way often. I feel that way now. Sometime five minutes of doing something then a break is all I can handle.

I try to find something that'll motivate me to at least get standing. Maybe going to get a croissant at my favorite bakery or eat some chocolate. It makes the getting up process a tad more gentle.

Maybe set up a reward system for yourself. What do you absolutely love? (For me it's ice cream) and reward yourself for even the small things you do.
Hop this helps. I know how you're feeling.

breaks are good especially if you encourage yourself rather than feel guilty. rewards are encouraging too it's not your fault and you are doing the best you can. a little at a time is still really good!
