Anxiety often accompanies depression, and anger and depression also go hand in hand. Try thinking yourself calmer. Really, the mind is powerful...but you can only concentrate on one thing at a time. Do you have a "place" you can go to in your mind? Someplace maybe you've dream of visiting some day, or a fantasy place where there is no conflict, no noise, just peace?

i wish i had a place in my mind. it seems like such a long time ago that i had this place that nothing could touch and it set me free. in a way,
but now for some reason, i can never find it. in the end its just me. i dont dream of visiting places and my only fantasy that was good...is gone now.

but thanx. i found a way to cope. i haven't done it for a while. but its all i had. it could of been worse.

I didn't mean to try the peace of mind, but a peaceful place..like where you went when you just did what you did. You can find that place without harm, if you work at it. TC.

You can also envision being on the track at night when you don't actually go... if it's a healthy place for you, take time away at night when you feeling down, and meditate...put yourself on the track running that extra quick mile why does everything hurt

yep I sure did try it and I liked it a lot. I did the Secret Garden one and I'm going to try another one tonight. Tomorrow I am getting headphones to make it better. I have only a straight-backed chair for now, but I can still relax okay.

It is peaceful, isn't it?!
