We lost power and after freezing for nearly 24 hours we took refuge with friends. We had to split up with me and the baby going one place and my husband and the dog another. It looks like we may be without power another 2 days.
I am not handling this well. I have been having tremors and I feel anxious and jittery all the time. I feel guilty because amazing friends took us in from out of the cold and even though I am grateful, being in someone else's home, needing help makes me anxious. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I'm not comfortable staying at other people's houses. It leaves me anxious, too. I hate to be a bother, therefore, I feel guilty for imposing. Plus being separated from you husband and dog. I'm not surprised you are anxious. Just take it easy and it will be over soon. Be thankful you have such good friends. And remember to take deep breaths.

Thank you. I am glad I am not the only one that does this. And I really am grateful. My little ones fingers were turning bright red.
Hence the guilt. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
