Things to smile about.

I've decided to make myself notes when sometimes makes me smile or makes me feel uncrappy, even briefly. Focusing on the positive, I guess. I wonder if I start filling my day with little things that make me happy, even for a minute, maybe the happy minutes will add up. Feel free to join in, or ignore me.

I've heard of a method that says, before you go to bed, write down 3 things that you were grateful for that happened that day. And each day you aren't allowed to repeat any. I've found it amusing and kind of helpful. (Though I tend not to keep up with it soooo....)

2. my awesome cooking skills pulling through tonight
3. meeting with my super nice adviser

Puppies. My son got one for Christmas and it's simply impossible not to smile around a puppy.

I went to Walmart and bought new shampoo (nevermind the mini meltdown over having to choose one)

I actually USED the shampoo, LOL!

My day is still going, and I have to go to the store because the dogs will not have breakfast if I don't. I've still got a little motivation going, and hope to organize their meals for the freezer so hubby can help better when I need him to. Dogs' meals done and then ours if I ever get a grocery list done.
