I went to church this morning and worked with the special needs adults. They can be challenging but they are always beautiful and wonderful to be with. It lifts my spirits to serve God and serve them.
Thanks for this!

Made it to the gym this morning for a class I like & had a good workout. Also learned a couple new exercises to do on my own for more rehab for my knee - still not back to where I want to be with it, but good to have more tools in the toolbelt.

Keep holding on to hope. You have a lot of good things to say here (some of them are quite entertaining, too). I hope that your day gets a bit better.
Thanks for this!

I had a nice lunch with my husband and managed to refrain from telling him how low I feel (he's getting tired of hearing it).

I'm at my first day of work, and (most) people are being patient with me and I haven't screwed up anything major yet!
