life is just a tornado right now. Going down. Off meds finally (took me way to long to taper off). Just not sure if I can keep it together (would feel so bad if I had to go back on the meds - can already hear the 'I told you so' of my pdoc and psychologist. How can I survive? How do I avoid feeling like I'm going to lose it?

I can't really answer your question. But I do understand. Going off meds is probably one of the hardest choices I ever made.
Keep talking - keep believing. Sending you soothing thoughts.

Hi Ouch,
If you have to go back on the meds then that's the way it is. At least, you tried. That's more than I could do. Hang in there and try not to stress. Linda
