I am just having a day where EVERYTHING annoys and aggravates me! I keep feeling like I'm about to burst into tears, but absolutely nothing has occurred today to feel this way. I just woke up like this. I don't know what's wrong with me today. It just sucks.

I don't know what's wrong with me today either. It does suck. I feel angry, then depressed, then exhausted. I'm of no help...

This is something I ask myself occasionally: "Rohag, you have no good reason to feel the way you're feeling today. Why?"

Feelings just pop up and happen. this is why we take things day by day.
