I find that crying for me just makes the situation worse.

I have clinical depression, so once I start crying it is almost very hard to stop, and it still makes me feel crumby..

I am feeling better abit now. Gotta stay away from sugar, even though i'm drinking a coke right now really sad right now but this will be it.

still not myself, but am I ever myself? lol... thanks hon..

A hug for you. Sorry I haven't responded to your other posts (Tuesday-Thursday are my crunch days with school and everything this semester), but I'm glad that you are here and that I got to meet you in chat. I see you have markup figured out. really sad right now I really hope that you feel better soon, physically and emotionally. I'm sure you will - you seem to actively look for answers, and you will find them.

thanks honey

emotionally i'm up and down I am very overly sensitive right now, just last week I was at my nieces playgroup and when my twin sister went to go get her from the gym, she ran up to her mom and i nearly balled. Everything is hitting me left right and center. It can occur at any moment... sucks. But I Think I know what I can do now when it happens..

Write happy thoughts... lol...

You are in this snowglobe. It is encovered in glass and secure. But one day someone comes and shakes the globe and the pieces go flying everywhere. Now they will eventually settle but they won't be the way they were before and they can never be that way again.

I am sorry you feel down. I am only 18 and sometimes i feel so down i just have to cry. It can come whenever wherever i am. Its horrible. I normally go and sit by myself in my room and cry or talk to a friend about it but i don't do that very often. Please remember there is always someone feeling like you do and your never alone!

Hi Emma, I'm going to be 24 soon, but sometimes for me it feels like I'm 16, 17,18 where my depression was just terrible. I do have times of it going just downhill, I'm feeling up right now so that's good. At my boyfriends house for most of the week so it's nice, i'm happiest here with him anyways... just me and him in his house he owns ,missing animals though

I am sorry to hear that you are sad. I just joined the site today and I am taking the tour. Care to talk about what is bothering you? I just started dealing with Depression and other things at 35 and it is so difficult. I have found that taking all those sad and crazy feelings and emptying my brain really helps. Of course it fills back up, but as long as I keep cleaning it out I am fine. If talking would help you out, I would be more than happy to listen!!
