Hey guys. So you've probably heard there are a lot of studies recommending omega 3 to treat depression of late. However, it seems you need extremely high doses to get noticeable differences (10g a day has been suggested!). yet even my 'super strength' 1000mg softgels only have a concentration of about 70% omega 3, and they were not exactly cheap! I worked it out that taking 10 a day, I'd get through a £30 jar in 25 days Anyone know a cheaper way of getting this much omega 3 into your system every day?

There's a good book with a section about Omega-3's and the "right" amounts. It's called "The Depression Cure" by Stephen Ilardi, Ph.D. The book has online sources for high quality Omega-3's at a reasonable price.
