I'm not sure why, but just this past week, I've been feeling really stuck. I can get about an hour of emotions a day, but after that I'm just too exhausted to even bother with emotions anymore. I just want to lay in my room for about a week and not have to worry about anything.

Oh it sounds like yr really struggling. I'm so sorry. Depression is so debilitating isn't it? The roller coaster of emotions is awful. Is there anything that soothes you during these times? I just zone out on the tv and for some strange reason I feel comforted. Do you have anyone to talk to who understands? I've been stuck in depression for about 3 months. Just started a new med latuda. It seems to be helping quite a bit. How can we support you right now? We're here for you. Hugs

Hi! Why don't you sit in your room for a while, cry just to get it out of your system and then go for a walk outside. Find some place beautiful, with trees and much green, where you can actually get in touch with nature. It is very relaxing and it will give you breathing space. I really hope you'll try it and feel better.

Depression is hard, theres a lot of us here who can relate.

Is there any way you can take a day off and stay in your room and just rest?

I've been trying to talk to people, but I just can't get the words out, so I write instead. I'm already on 2 antidepressants, and I'm probably going to switch again because the second one isn't working too well. I don't have to do anything for the rest of the day, so I'm going to stay in my room and have a good cry session and probably fall asleep. Thank you all so much for your replies and suggestions
