for about 7 weeks I been depressed and it was getting bad this time the worst thing is it snuck up on me I hate Myself
the dr.is gonna add Cymbalta with the ZoloftI am scared of everything and hating on myself but I told the the truth I alsolate all the time now It snuck up on me I feel like a oreal loser and the only escspe is sleeping I'm so glad I gthat I got My own room. when I sleep I get bad dreams I hope this meds help me cause I feel like I'm in a trap trying to stuggle free but getting tired

I'm so sorry you are going through this! I'm glad the pdoc is adding cymbalta. It can really lift some people out of the dark, and espcially the fatigue and pain of depression. Hang in there and keep posting. We'll be with you.

I'm so very sorry. I know how you feel. I have been there sooo many times, I couldn't possibly count them all.
I am doing better, but like you, I have bad dreams every night, all night long, that is when I can sleep. Heck, it's two thirty in the afternoon and I still have my PJ'S on. I don't have the energy to even get dressed. I do hope the new meds will help you. Don't feel bad, as there are alot of us, just like you. Take care, Linda
