I promise sectret... you aren't alone in feeling this way. I've tried to make my friends help me get help for as long as I've known I am sick. I feel pathetic cause I know (kinda) what I should do all the time but too many times I choose to do what I know makes me feel even worse.

I'm kinda into the thing about massage someone talked about earlier. Maybe FOOT massage isn't your thing but for me essentially any kind of human contact helps alot. Like... you could ask your bf to just run his fingers up and down on your back.. then concentrate only on it... or something else alike.

If you want to we could setup a private chat conversation... I want you to have someone to talk to but I can't really give you anything better than that myself I'm afraid. :/

Thanks, I'm not a touchy feely person really but I appreciate the idea. I'm sure now it's daylight again I can find more distraction. Maybe I'll take you up on that chat offer when I get out of bed

Having seen that your last post last night was at 3am and then you were going to get ready for work at 8... I did a 'bloody hell, I couldn't even contemplate moving with that little sleep... let alone have the brain capacity to do work'.

As for your thoughts of what work might think.. have you spoken to your gp? Might be time to have a bit of 'signed off' to try and get your balance back.

Really sorry to see you struggling like this and thinking of you

lol! I actually stayed up until gone 5, so yeah, work was never gonna happen!

I can't really decide with work though, sometimes I think I need a break, other times I think I'll go stir crazy with the time off. I'm just not sure what to do.

I'm still not good. I picked up the phone though and called the CMHT, went in for a chat and they've decided to call the crisis team so now I'm waiting for a call from them. I just hope I have a bit more luck than you did

Still waiting for the call from crisis team...it's been five hours. I guess they can't be bothered. I wish I hadn't bothered.

Aren't they there for people in your condition? You are worthy it...just like everyone else. And meanwhile you (we?) are waiting.... you got us at pc.

They turned up at my house when I was in the shower about half and hour ago...now taking me to hospital. I guess they don't trust me because they've made sure to lock the car doors so I can't escape!

They probably do that as a routine. I am going to bed now (took some pills a awhile ago which makes me super tired) I hope things will be fine for you... and I'll see you tomorrow...

P.S oh... almost forgot..

Hi Secret, I suspect you won't be seeing this right away. Just wanted to say I have experienced exactly what just happened, no sleep, cannot go to work, text message or email, or plain ignore. They tell me it gets better and I know it can't get much worse.

Take care of yourself. I'll be thinking about you... Good luck!

I've been to hospital once and I'm not sure if it helped all that much but it did keep me safe so thats the main thing I guess. I don't know what I want out of this really....just know that something needs to change.

So far it's been a whole lot of disorganisation. Sounds like I'm gonna be here until Tuesday, which is a bit annoying because I'm meant to be doing an exam Tuesday! But I guess I've just gotta go with it, couldn't really carry on the way things were going.

Sorry for causing worry! I guess I shouldn't have said a lot of what I did say and it wasn't really fair on everyone here. So sorry for that. But yes, I am safe here...would have to be very creative to hurt myself..!

No no... thats not what you are supposed to say. This forum is made for these kind of things.. and I wouldn't go here if I didn't want to read these things.

It is important for me to get in contact with other people suffering from similar issues and thus the truth is essential.

So I should thank you for keeping me (and the others?) updated. take care..
Thanks for this!

I am glad you are in a safe place. Hope they will give you the help you need. I thought of checking myself in a hospital not too long ago. Best of wishes and God Bless.
