Recently had a 'trigger' while in group therapy.....having a difficult time dealing with this particular trigger...this is so embarrassing - but I felt scolded by a member in group and I'm a grown woman! Have been feeling depressed and am seeing a doctor ..on meds ... working through it..
Thanks for this!

I asked a similar question yesterday about triggers and received several helpful replies which you might want to read through. You can find them here
