I like being alone
I like doing stuff alone I like being in my room I like eating alone I like spending time on internet. I like my internet folks (because they are better than the one around me in the reality) So please just leave me alone. I don't have friend. The only friend I got is my ex-boyfriend. I hate 95% of the people in the church. I don't like to be part of some kind of group. I don't want to do every exercise or program that church is suggesting. Because no matter what kind of program it is, it's just going to make me more depressed. I like being alone by myself. If I were to hang out with people no matter what, I rather hang out with strangers than the people who I know. So just please leave me alone. I can make new friends in the future. I wish I could just say this to front of my mom... which is like impossible. |

It's really OK to feel that way, that's sort of what depression does to people.
Exercise is a good idea, though, as a way to not feel so yucky. If you could get out by yourself to just be active, even a walk, that would be a good idea. Yeah, though. Most importantly, it's OK to want people to get off your case about stuff. You are who you are. |

By the way, I admire your desire to fight this, the depression that is.....
Coming on this board to talk about it, putting that "Keep Swimming" tag on. Good for you! |
