So I think it has been well over a year now since everything has happened between my best friend and ex boyfriend and thought I would just update this. So around September last year I received a message from my ex best friend because of picture of sayings I've posted on my facebook (yes they were things referring to her) anyways I still had friends in common with her and they acted like her minions reporting back to her and she wasn't happy and well we got into another fight and that's when I found out that she was pregnant and getting married lol it only took them 6 months and she is so naiive to think that he wanted a family with just her, because we weren't even dating for a month and he started talking about moving in with each other and he didn't like it when I explained that I wasn't ready to move that quick, also while we were dating he was trying to get me pregnant and even so after we were dating until he left me for her so she can think that she's so lucky but rly he wanted to settle for anything lol. Well let's head back to the present now. So she's about to pop any minute now and they got married in January so that's that.

Now for me I'm alright but I still have some permanent damage that I can't seem to shake off, from how I'm feeling I'm going for the depression stage and it sucks. I don't know what to do and I'm never happy I also find myself easily agitated and get mad easily it gets pretty bad to the point where I can't really control it. What should I do? any suggestions? It's just been so long already and I just want it to be over I don't want to care about them I just want to be happy , why won't my mind let me -_-

If at all possible, I would see a therapist. I think that they could direct you in a different manner away from all these old hurtful feelings. You have to let go of the anger and resentment not for their good but for yours.

I agree with Gaylegg. Let go for your own good. I would also add that you absolutely resist the temptation to update yourself on the details of their lives. Don't call, check out their facebook pages, talk to friends about them--nothing! The first two weeks will be the toughest. Trust me, it will. BUT stick it out, and it will get easier. I've found that the longer it takes us to disconnect from old relationships, the longer it takes us to completely heal from them. How do you know when you're over it? When you find yourself genuinely wanting what's best for them in this life. Good luck!
