Sometimes when I get deeply depressed I can feel the physical pain in my heart. Like there is a knife in it. It gets real difficult to breath too.
The MAOI's and the other meds are taking forever to take affect. Wish the maxing out would go faster.
I am trying to listen to self-hypnosis apps for positive thinking and for depression. So far I have not cried today. Wanted to, but did not.o
I actually got down on my knees last night, literally on my knees and asked God to please let the pain come to an end. I begged for the punishment to stop and prayed for some type of guardian angel to help me.
I really all of this works because I feel like this is it and this is how it is going to be from now on.

Nolafeline, I'm completely with you. I have gotten on my knees more than once and prayed to God to please end this depression. So far, He hasn't answered my prayers. Holding on to hope that a miracle happens at this point, because that's what it feels like it'll take for me to see some improvement. Take good care now.

Nolafeline, did these pains and breathing difficulties begin before or with the MAOIs? Regardless, this is something to tell your doctors.

I deeply regret your friends disappeared after you told them about your depression.
