You're not bothering anyone. It sometimes helps to express what is not going right in your life. I'm sorry you feel so depressed. I don't know how long you've been on the meds. Sometimes they take a while to work. Seeing a therapist is also a good idea so I hope you can follow up on that. Take care.--Suzy

((((((((((Crista)))))))))))

Is there any way you can demand to see a T? I don't think they can just not let you see someone. What about trying to find someone somewhere else who's willing to come in?

(((((((((((((((crista)))))))))))))))) Is there someone else you can talk to about seeing a therapist? I am sorry you find yourself in this position.

I am seeing a wonderful psychologist - she's great - I have tried everything - meds, a psychiatrist and now I find this therapist. She has really been helping - I'm not taking meds (against the advice of my g.p and therapist), and am hoping that therapy will help by itself. Can't say it's been perfect - but she is helping - or maybe that's just me today - since about 2 days ago I felt like I was falling in a hole. But, anyway, try getting a good therapist - good idea - how about calling a counselling centre from the phone book?
