what do I do that makes people run for the hills with me? is it what I say? is it the way I say it? why, when I ask for help and support, even the people paid to do that turn me away?

People who are paid to help others should not turn you away. I don't know why people treat you so unfairly, but you deserve to be listened to. We at PsychCentral forums are here for you.

I know that feeling, at times I think I know the answer, then realize it is some one else's answer floating in my head...
This morning, I was ticking off rejections...hmmm---therapists in particular--- I also imagine that it was not always so... It is very confusing, lonely, ... Then, I will go a spell, and it seems to be OK................till...... Wham!! There it is again. What have I done?
