Hi,
I have been resisting standard anti-dep's because I get some nasty side effects. Has anyone tried St. John's Wort? I just started it, and am hoping I can do better with it (since I really feel like I am losing it)/ anyone tried it?

i tried that back in 99 and it was not good for me. it increased agitation, mood swings, and my dh said i talked in my sleep and that is something i rarely do. i've heard good things about it, but my experience was anything but. good luck

I didn't have any luck. I took it for a while and in combination with another suppliment that was supposed to help. No change.
