Hi,
I am really depressed, but i have no help here in Kuwait since healthcare is expensive and i cant afford it. Is there any hypnotherapy tapes anyone can recommend please. i already tried to hurt myself a little, by making shallow cuts and have low self esteem. not sure what to do with this site and how it will help, but can someone recommend something. thanks |

H Ninareese, glad you found Psych Central. It's a very supportive and helpful site. You can make friends with other people who suffer from depression. It helps to have a place to be able to talk about your issues. You might want to check out the Depression Forum and see if you can relate to people there.

Hi NinaReese, I'm really depressed as well, so you're definitely not alone. I don't know much about hypnotherapy, and it's a shame there aren't better services in Kuwait, but hopefully someone will post something in this thread that will be beneficial to you. Welcome to PC, and I hope you find it as useful and supportive as I have.

yeah it sucks. how do u cope with depression. seriously, u have bipolar disorder and panic and everything. that sucks.
