once again I've started to hit rock bottom. Spent since yesterday evening on the couch - spent all of today on it. Why am I losing it? had to call the distress ctr to get off the couch and even go to the bathroom to brush my teeth. Have been in pj's all day... Hate how I feel after spending a day like this. Hate myself for it! Why do I have to feel sick even without having a flu or anything physical? hard to accept it's all mental...

Depression can take away any motivation to do even the simplest things. I hope you are talking to your doc about your symptoms. You may need to be on medication or change it if you are taking something.

Therapy also helps.--Suzy
