Yea, anywhere from 8 to 12 hours.
Not great sometimes I have issues going to sleep. I'm always tired. I feel worthless to others, I even when I was tired I'd go outside, I just don't have much of interested. |

I can't

I don't know my therapist email, or number. She doesn't know about my depression.
I wouldn't care if I wasn't here anymore. I don't enjoy social situations anymore, it makes it worse. |
