If so how does it affect your mood?

I don't eat much and when I do its mostly fruits and vegetables sometimes crackers. Like I eat some salad and crackers a day.

I would imagine nutrition would have an impact on everything. I don't eat horribly but not beans and greens either. I don't think the best possible diet would get rid of my depression but I would have to think not getting enough of the proper nutrients would make things worse.

Some people with very pour appetites drink ensure to get enough. I often drink odwalla, naked, or boat house juices for the fruits and veggies. It is important to get enough carbs, protein, and fat too.

Some crackers and a salad in a day would not be enough. I would check out ensure. It is a drink so not so bad if you have a poor appetite.

it does. for example, if you're allergic to gluten, then eating lots of gluten foods could make you depressed. That's just one example.
