Right now I feel like stone
Standing in a field all alone
Waiting for things to change
I need a big life exchange
Something that I could slow down
Everywhere I turn it looks brown
Most of the time I am dressed like a clown
I don't recognize myself at all
I must have had a hard fall
A love of mine is so far away
And for this my heart will pay
At home life seems some what dead
All of my problems I dread
My health is beginning to fade
That is all that can be said
Thanks to all of you who read my words
I wish that I could turn into a bird
To fly away from this world

i have gone through a lot lately
i lost my daughter
i lost my boyfriend
and in addition to that i was already severely depressed when these things happened
i did not think that i would survive it
but i just kept hanging on ---taking each day--sometimes each moment or second ---one at a time--i sought professional help from my therapist and i am actually smiling again--it is still rough--but i am making it through--anyway i have said all of this to say that there is always hope as long as you are alive and there is always help out there
know that no matter how horrible you feel that there were times when you did not feel this way
find what you need to keep hanging on and hold on to it tight
seek professional help
you will get better
