For a while if hoped I would die soon I can't kill myself because I want to donate my organs but I know I should never have been born and the world would be better off without me I wish someone would kill me in a way the would save my organs and I am sorry to all the lives I ruined by been born

Hello there fellow 1986 person!
 Welcome.  I'm sorry you're struggling. Please know that you're NOT alone, and that cognitive distortions distort what we believe about ourselves. The world would not be better off without you, nor did you ruin anything by being born. Fight back against those negative lies in your head. You're worth it. I know that's hard to believe, but maybe believe that someone else believes that. I do. I've had the same thoughts, and it is HARD to deal with. But you can get through this. Do you have a therapist to talk to, or a family member, or a doctor?

      Hello dear Brandiashby1986 and I'd like to say a big warm WELCOME to Psych Central and all of the good things it has to offer. This is a place where you will find understanding non~judgemental folk who also have problems just like you. I absolutely agree with Christina86, you DO matter and you DO deserve to live a decent life. You haven't done anything so bad as to warrant you ''dead before you were born'', or your words as such. Everybody's here on earth for a reason, whether we ever find out that ''reason'' ....................................... well, who know's!! You def can't be born by mistake ~ you were meant to happen hunny and stay with this site and you'll receive all the help we can give you. Hello 1986, So many really nice people here with loads of problems too! We lean on each other, share our fears and our hopes. You are not alone and you will have plenty of shoulders to cry on. Please, try to visualize a happy healthy you, just for a second if you can. We're here to help and we need you.
